I feel like you can’t say he disgraced the name and say he isn’t the doctor and then introduce him as such. I’m confused? Like is this guy the next regeneration? I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something and if that’s the case can someone explain to me what the hell just happened.

I’m late too I believe it was a far future one or the original doctor during the great time war and after he destroyed gallifrey he took up the name doctor
